According to the sheriff’s office, a head-on collision in Mifflin Township has resulted in one fatality.

    A Buick LaCrosse southbound on State Route 3 crossed into the roadway’s northbound lanes at about 10 p.m. Aug. 28, hitting another vehicle head on.
