Yungblud to kick off major tour at 3Arena next spring

    Yungblud has just announced a massive arena tour across the UK and Ireland for April 2026 The Idols tour will begin at Dublin’s 3Arena on April 15 and will continue on to Leeds, Cardiff, Glasgow, Birmingham, and London before ending at Manchester’s AO Arena on April 25 This exciting news comes after the release of his latest single, “Zombie,” which features a powerful music video starring Florence Pugh as an NHS healthcare worker The track has been praised by NME as “soaring and poignant” and Yungblud has been hailed as a “genuine Gen Z rock phenomenon” by the Evening Standard

    In a statement about the song, Yungblud shared, “The song was initially written about my grandmother’s experience with serious injury and trauma, which changed her as a person It’s about the feeling of deterioration and shutting out the world and the people we love because we’re afraid of becoming a burden or an embarrassment We all want someone or something to comfort us, no matter who we are or who we become But it’s scary as hell”

    The singer also expressed his excitement about hitting the road again, saying, “UK, it’s been two years! I’m so excited to announce our biggest shows yet” This tour marks a milestone year for the Doncaster-born artist, with his upcoming album Idols set to be released on June 20 via Locomotion/Island He also recently hosted his own curated festival, Bludfest, and gave away 1,000 free tickets to NHS workers as a gesture of gratitude Additionally, his first book, You Need to Exist: A Book to Love and Destroy, became an instant Sunday Times bestseller upon its release
